Okay, so I bought the GBA game DBZ - Legacy of Goku I & II (two-in-one) from eBay, just to play it on my PSP legally. I had played the first game under gpSP and it worked, so I assumed this one did too, but now I try to play and the sound is horrible...
My question is simple: if I own the 2-in-1 version, would playing the regular versions of the games illegal? I guess there's no difference in content, just that it's two games inside one cartridge.
Another thing: when I played the first game, I was using ********'s gpSP. But now I'm using the unofficial one by Takka, maybe that's a factor? I can't use ********'s because I have a Slim PSP now.
Thanks for any tips!
If you have to question it's legality, then it's probably illegal.
Blah... That's what I get for hurrying it up.
Guess I'll have to re-sell this one and buy the separate games... :(
I use an official one from ******** on my slim (atleast I think it's the official one (it's the 2.71 version)
You could try asking the software company.
I think they would tell you at least what they want you to think is legal.
Well usually, I used to go by this... "if you didn't buy it, then it's illegal..."!
If you circumvented a copy protection to dump the game, then yes it's illegal. Otherwise, no, I don't believe it is.
