What are the best settings i should put it on so it can go as fast as possible? some of my games run slow, some are fast.

on almost all of them,(TYL or Y) set it too 333(ignore the warning) and a frameskip ranging from 1-4(somegames can have high FS without skipping, while others cant). That should help to increase the speed a bit.
