I actually read someone say they liked Y's Snes emu BETTER then TYL, That's shocking! TYL rules! I got it running full speed by adjusting the various options.

they are both excellent emulators, just programmed differently. I heard that Y might be helping with SnesTYL for the next release, but will still continue his emu on the side

EDIT: yes SnesTYL runs many games fullspeed with tweaks

Actually, when it comes down to highly patched roms, Y's emu is better handling those as TYL only will load one, the one named exactly as the ROM.

Also TYL still struggles a lot with games that rely heavily on mode 7 (such as Mario Kart) and it is more stable. Althogh I would say TYL is better, depending on what games you like Y's version can be very useful to have also.
