Downgrading and Installing CFW on my 3.95 PSP Slim

OK. I'm now returning to the modding scene. So I'm very familiar with modding.
However, just like a whole bunch of other people, I bought a new PSP with firmware 3.95.
I'm purchasing this battery from here(If you know of any cheaper ones let me know)

I have a 2gb memory stick

So when the battery comes I'm aware that I'll need to make Magic Memory Stick. Plus install the CFW and what not. I obviously have no clue on whats going on in the modding scene. SO ugh, how do I do all that? As far as the software portion.

im not sure exactly but there are easy installers, first, you ahve to have a way to connect said memory stick to your computer. . . not using your OFW PSP (if im not mistaken)
plus i know from experiences that windows vista has a problem doing this, youre better of using xp to make the magic stick. . . i could be wrong about that too.
then, youll have to hardmod the battery (which is a pain, but not that much of oneif youve ever played with electronics.) , or use a jigkick battery (a.k.a. service battery a.k.a. pandoras battery)

all i did though to make a memory stick that works in install despartar del cemetario v5 on it. i already had a cfw psp to do this one, downgraded using the TIF exploit (2.7 and earlier ofw to use that) but is you can plug your stick into your computer, you should be able to install DDC on it with your comp. once again, dont quote me on that. anyways, gl

I went and ordered a pandora's battery kit with a magic memory stick. So all I have to do is just wait
