I have custom firmware version 4.01 m33 and i reset the mem stick and everything so everythings in place. when i download Daedalus (have tried with diff versions) and put it in ANY game folder (have tried all three) (also, i have to extract the files inside 16940_CPM4.rar to get it to even show the icon/background in the game menu.(it shows that wether or not i put it in a specific game folder. it does it in any game folder) and when i click on it it acts like its gunna load but then gives me this message: The game could not be started.(80020148) is it because 4.01 does not support it or something? hellllp

Well, are you using the 1.50 one, and if so, then you need the 1.50 Kernal. That will get it working.

i already have the kernal set to 1.50. it says- game folder homebrew (currently 1.50 kernel) thats in the m33 recovery menu->configuration. its either that or 4.xx kernel

You need to install the 1.50 kernal, or that won't work.
