Same here, it looks as though theres one dust particle almost near the center of the screen. My PSP came with that particle so it wasn't my doing. I've tried shaking my psp, but that didn't work. Other than that I don't know what else to do, and im not prepared to spend another 100 and send it into sony only to get my psp upgraded to 2.00. I'll live with one little dot in the middle of the screen, really it doesn't bother me anymore I just ignore it. Plus im lucky ive only got 1 dead pixel

Maybe get a can of compressed air and fit the air straw inside and blow out the PSP? You would have to loosen some screws to create a gap between the glass and the LCD. If it really bugs you and you have an extended warranty, try to return it.
