Some Great Homebrew
I recently added the timemachine application, so i can play all the older, nice homebrew. I can't think of what to do on my psp, and yes, i can be specific. Here's what i have right now:
-Quake for psp
-Iso's (don't discuss here, please)
-Snes (someone tell me some good games, please)
-Gba and gbc
-playstation store (sexy)
-freeradio (by freeplay)
Basically, i'm looking for some good, old homebrew, whether they are applications or games.
and the lightway demo was pretty cool cant wait to see the finished game.
Also xmbeboots launcher
thats about it.
Hexen, Quake, Rise of the Triad, and Doom are always fun
also , HALF-LIFE psp , that no one knows about.
where is halflife psp??
is it good???
HALF-LIFE psp (kurok mod) by sisah:
the dl is the filefront link in that topic , it's the second beta and it's very buggy , it 205mb zipped , about 300mb unzipped.
if you think it's not worth to download a file that big , then here's a whole folder of screenshots taken from the first beta using ir shell:
-=Double Post Merge =-
if anyone downloads it , you have to know that it has the slim only eboot that uses the slim's extra 64mb.
if you're a phat user , then replace the eboot with kurok v0.4's normal eboot , since it's a kurok mod.
oops ! sry for the double post
have you tried infinitycat.
its sofiya's version of M.U.G.E.N for the psp.
only works in 1.50 & earlier cfw than M33 though.
^^ There are some characters installed as well.
Squarez (or is it Squarex?) it's a simple game but it's a very good homebrew game I suggest picking it up.
Good games for the SNES:
The Legend of Zelda
Donkey Kong Country 1
Final Fantasy Mystic Quest
Final Fantasy I + II + III
Super Mario World
Super Mario Kart
Squarez is my favourite homebrew of all time. Definitely pick it up.

Find it weird that we cant talk about playing backed up games in different formats isos or whatever but its ok for snes.
I think it's because with old game console ROMs you are legally allowed to have the ROM downloaded onto your computer or PSP etc. for 24 hours without actually owning the game whereas this is not the case with ISOs. Not sure if this is 100% true but I do remember reading about it a while ago.
