hey thanks for this.. i am hooked on VDrum so much, so this is a nice alternative to have. its handy also that the drum controls are the same, i can get straight into it without learning a new layout etc.. so cheers

a little while ago i contacted mr Xsjando7 aka "Blade_Punk" regarding VDrum, and he is also up to new stuff i think, as he has given me a BETA of something hes working on.. im not sure if hes still working on it, but i hope so.. having seen your creation here, im sure you'd get into it. you should contact him mate.. share ideas etc. you both have made some pretty cool stuff i see

Oh, I think it'd be cool if we could do something together, that would be excellent.
However his application is in C(++[?]) and mine is in lua.

I'm not sure if he knows lua, but I certainly don't know any form of C. lol.

Definitely, I'd be interested in doing something, you should bring it up to him.

OMG this app is awesome! You've done an amazing job with this, it's actually like having full instruments on your PSP!

One question, though: How do you turn off the drum beat once you've started it?

Wow, sorry it took ten days to answer, but there is no way just yet.
I plan on my next release having a "stop sound" function.

I get the same thing.

I have a phat psp, psp1000, with firmware 5.02 GEN-A. I have put it in GAME with 1.50 set and game150 with the other kernels not set. Either way I get the same message. I have tried psplay 0.3 and 0.4, I'm going to try 0.8 when I get home but I'm not very optimistic. Any ideas?

UPDATE: I installed Miriam's 1.50 add-on for 5.02 GEN-A and it's working fine now.
