Right well i'm on 3.52 M33 (no update just that). Now, I haven't touched it in months and I was just wondering what the quickest way to get to 5.0 M33-4. I used to be quite good with the PSP hacking scene but i've lost all touch with it. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out.

I jumped right from 3.71-M33-2 to 5.00-M33-3 with no issue, then I did the 5.00-M33-4 update.

If you're worried about the jump go to 4.01 first then 5.00.

Hellcats recovery flash would be you best bet.
can go to 5.00 M33-3 without going to higher FW beforehand.

i tried hellcats app but couldn't figure out how to get it to load 5.00 m33. I needed it for my phat psp since its battery won't register as being charged in regular mode. Stays on if I have pandora running or something like that. I found that just simply updating my slim psp from 3.71m33-the latest was a snap as usual. Alex makes em so fool proof that even a Five year old could do it( not trying to insult, just referring to how SAFE the process is).
