Default Wipeout Pulse, extra content, dL packs, HELP!!!

I tried the legit route and successfully got a hold of the extra content... but from someone else's account in the UK!

I put it on my memory stick, loaded the game up, and everything worked great!!! I had the abillity to choose from 4 new ships, and access to new tracks as well!!!

Alas, my happiness didn't last long!
I put in a different memory stick of mine in order to play some Super Stardust Portable/Everyday Shooter, and the dern thing wouldn't read/load the games at all!!!! It popped up with a message saying, "This content cannot be accessed from your memory stick." Obviously, I was peeved!!! The fact that you can only play PSN games from ONE account on only ONE PSP pissed me off even more!!!

So that's what happened with that approach.
I've never "hacked" my PSP before, let alone anything else. With that said, I just want to ask a few simple questions...

-If I want to go the "hack" route to obtain the WO extra content/packs, can I simply find it on the net somehow, then dL them onto my memory stick and just play them as is??? Or, do I have to customize my PSP by downgrading it, etc etc etc??? Because I'd like to just dL it, and play it!! I don't want to run emu's on my PSP, or play/use any homebrew programs... I just want these dL packs and that's it.

-Not naming any specific torent sites... do I have to pay for torent sites and the info that I dL from them??? For ex., if I was to go looking for the dLable content for WOPulse, would I have to pay for each dLable pack?? Because when I search for these types of sites on Google, all I get are "pay for" torent sites!?!?!

One more thing...
If any of you have any other suggestions about how to best obtain this info(WOPulse packs), PLEASE, let me know!! Your help/advice/opinions are greatly appreciated... especially when you're a person like me who knows next to nothing about all this homebrew/CFW/emulator/stuff!!
Thanks again!

Default

ok. BTW MS means Memory Stick if you didn't know.

i think you haven't got the licenses on the ms the packs didn't load from.
on the ms the works go to \PSP\LICENSE and copy ALL of the files in the to the same folder on the other MS. it might work
