Default question for psp and music

Is there a program available where I can sync my music folder on my psp with a music folder on my pc? Sort of like how itunes syncs with ipods... It would be pretty annoying having to find and drag over every new song I get, especially if I had to look through hundreds of songs.

dont need a program.

Go to your music folder in your PC and press "Ctrl+A", then press "Ctrl+C"
Go to you music folder in your PSP and press "Ctrl+V"

when prompted to over write other files refuse it.

Thats not the most helpful reply. What if, like me, you have over 20gb of music, a memory card just isn't going to cut it. And what if you change tracks ID3 tags? You'll have to cancel all the ones you already have their manually, but allow the edited ones to transfer.

I believe there was an app (PC side) that allowed you to sync with iTunes, whilst I hate the software I believe its the only way to sync music over without using WM11 or Winamp...

Really the PSP should act like any removable drive, treat it as so with any decent music player and you should be able to sync.

PSP Media Manager sucks. Flame me all you want, but I wanted to stab that program after a day of using it.

I highly recommend Winamp- its just as good as iTunes with a lot more customization and expandability (1000's of themes, visualizations, plugins). Plus, it's portable device plugin is very good- you can set up sync folders/playlists and structure the folders the way you want. You might have problems if you buy your DRM-filled music from the iTunes Store, but thats it.

I personally live and die by it because I can't stand having that stupid metallic grey iTunes theme all the time.

And WMP... don't let me get started on that buggy piece of crap. It feels like Microsoft just neglects it.
