Default Internet through USB plugin?

Is there any plugin/hack/program/w.e that can be used on any computer (windows and macs) that allows my psp to connect to the internet rather than through wifi?

yes there is one called Xlink Kai, you need Wifi Max also.

Does that only work for gaming? If so, will it slow down connecting or speed it up or nothing?

That still makes use of the wifi itself. He wants to directly connect the PSP via USB connection.
