Ths whole thread has been a soap opera of sorts. First, the video was released, a season opener of sorts. Tht was followed by a series of twists and turns. First, speculation that Yoshihiro wa a fake. Then, two "competitors" released their respective videos. Now, AloneTrio has been arrested. People seem to have lost sight that every season of every TV Show has a good ending
Yoshi has nothing... Nothing that works and the Video only proofs that he has nothing to show... Maybe he thought he could be able to do it but he aint... Maybe he is someday... but not in the next weeks, maybe in month...
And for me a stupid n00b is someone who believes everything that he is told, nearly every day there is a new excause why he is not able to release it...

This one is my first posting in this community – as I've been reading only in the past. This PSP device here is my first “non microsoft device”.
In this topic is a poll that asks me, If I think if this downgrader is real. I have 125 pages in this vbulletin on this topic telling me that either yoshihiro is a faker, the downgrader is a fake and I know now that AloneTrio have been arrested. I apologize for my bad English – I hope this post is readable.
I think here’s a little problem with this thread.
I know people coding stuff, decrypting, encoding and recoding bootloaders, building guis for what they did for almost everything in the Microsoft PocketPC and Microsoft Smartphone scene. There’s always been lack of documentation of hardware and software as well as device drivers. And they’re testing what they did. As a result of that I know of tons of so called "bricked" hardware that costs money and OEMs building OS releases trying to stop their work. And I have lots of respect for their work. They don’t get any money for what they do. Remember, not even hardware but time is also money.
They even get no respect for what they do. People just download their work and don’t even say thank you, that you spent time and your money on this hard good work.
The problem of this is that there’s been asked for respect and help in this project of WAB for completing this project. What’s wrong with asking for help that you can maybe use the result of this project?
The respect in this community: All I see (in between just some posts like “good work and go on” is that you dig in the history of WAB and state absolutely none proved untrue posts in this community?
WAB and psp-dev has my absolute respect for their work now and in the past and I really hope that they don’t get another “bricked” PSP.
I’d like the others to be patient and wait and stop this posting, stay on topic - or code what I can’t code to be better than WAB and maybe then you have the *ing right to post such bull**** and make videos like before. But I know that will never happen, this topic will be ignored or me will be claimed as “n00b”.
I hope and wish for AloneTrio all the best.

3. Everyone seems to forget that PSP-Dev is also now involved in creating this downgrader... so even if WAB and Yoshi were to throw up their arms and quit that doesn't mean the downgrader is dead.
Just some things to keep in mind... it's not all about Yoshi, ya know...

Anyways sorry abotu being nit-picky. I don't know who translated it but the translation of that one long line is completelly different. it's not even a translation, more like bending the story. The french comment is extremelly clear, it's not a translation error.
I'm not saying yoshiro is guilty or innocent of anything, I'm just making this clear. Also, regarding the actual message in the conversation, you guys have never joked around on IRC? Don't take every single word too seriously. ;) The "spontex" comment suggests just some fooling around (it's a household cleaning product).

It shouldnt make a problem as defective psp are sent to Sony, so it doesnt come as a shop loss as Sony reimburse the store.
