Hi guys

Firstly i want to accept my apology if i ask the question which is already asked ( i try search but i was unable to find answer of my question ) and please excuse me if my question is not asked right, this will may happen cause i am registered here since 3 hours max

. So here is the problem

I have PSP with firmware 3.90 M33-2.I tried to run EBOOT.PBP file but receive error message : 80020001 The game could not start.I made some searches in the net and i know that this is kernel error.Then i switch through recovery menu kernel to 1.50 but the problem is still standing.The EBOOT.PBP file is placed at PSP/GAME folder.(please tell me if u need more info)

I read in this forum the following thing : 3.90 Firmware
This firmware version was released on Jan 29th, 2008. At this point in time you cannot downgrade or play Homebrew on a 3.90 PSP unless you have a Pandora Battery

So does this mean that i have to stop trying to run EBOOT.PBP files cause this firmware does not allow it ?I also want to mention that Pandora Battery is totaly infamiliar to me.

So guys if u can give me some resolution of the problem please help me.Does i have to make some adjustments in configuration or something like this or have to change the firmware version ?

Do you have a Phat or a slim psp

Hello!

If you have a psp slim (the 2 generation), then you should use this:

N00bz! - eLoader v1.000 or this

Dark-AleX.org - Ver Tema - LEDA - Legacy Software Loader beta 0.2 which was released by DA himself!

If you have the first gen psp (phat), then you should download this and install it on your psp (This WILL play with your "operative system" in your psp, and can potentially damage it..but not that dangerous in my opinion, have done it about 50 times)

read instructions and follow carefully

eloader 1.0 would be your best bet if you dont want to risk bricking by using LEDA

The Eloader working perfectly.Looks like i have slim psp cause its named 2000, am i right ? Once again thanks to all for the help, wish u all the best, now its time to enter in the past with your help
