(L)Sokoban Level Editors
To the LSokoban Developer:
creating levels out of thin air doesnt make much sense in Sokoban (besides just using using levels from the original game).
A level editor should have the pushable blocks on their target positions. Then you should be able to pull the blocks to their start positions and save the level.
I don't agree really... I think it's simple enough to have a small tile editor work.
I'm not sure if your aware or not but because I made the files externaly loadable you can edit a new file and then hit the L or R button to move to a new level and then back to the current one for a quick reload.
Basically what your asking for is an entire rewrite of the game for Windows that you can play backwards. If I decide to invest the time in making a Windows version I'll try to add this.
The problem with designing levels is you have to test if they work correctly.
No problem with small, easy levels. But if you want to design more interesting levels it takes hours to check if they work.
