I have two psps and one has a broken wifi switch and it is broken in the off position. I am not willing to open it to mess with it.

Is there a plugin to make the psp think that the switch is on, but really isn't?
(I know that the ipod touch has some thing like this, virtual home button.)

In my iPhone i use the BossPrefs but in the psp i am not sure that you can found a plugin for this work.

There is no plugin for this. I don't think its ever come up. I think you can get to the switch by just taking off the faceplate, which is harmless as long as you have some canned air to blowout dust as you put it back, so you can keep your screen clean.

Just take off the faceplate, use a needle or something to flip the switch, few balsts of air and close it. Voila! Leaving it on all the time won't really do much to hurt the battery either.

Leave it on.
Don't worry about your battery.
I have always it on and it works when it is needed.

the switch is hardware based. not software so no matter who you get with any amount of programming experience can make this app for you the only fix is if you open it

Thanks, i included the ipod thing because i might have thought it was a software thing that could be tricked.
