I don't get what it means, are there patched versions of ChickHEN to stop CFE?

No, there is chickHENmod, a better chickHen.It only enhances the boot problem.

If you delete the Egghunt.bin file after a successfully boot from HEN your PSP will boot the first time every time. I have PSP 3000 Firmware 5.03.
