Default Question about CFWE 3.50 & 5.03 GEN-A

First of all, I want to know when I ran 5.03 GEN-A it asked me to flash?
-- Does this mean it flashed into flash0 making CFWE impossible to install (because it asks to flash also)

Second of all, I want to try out CFWE 3.50 but I already flashed 5.03 GEN-A can I still do this. Also can I alternate between these 2 firmwares?

My psp is the PSPbrite 3001

Now for the 5.03 GEN-A.
It installs few files but if you restart your psp then you must install them again.

Yes, the GEN-A flashes certain files to the flash0, but they aren't harmful. All safe.I am not sure if it is safe to alternate between the firmwares, only if you deleted all the files of the previous CFW then put the other one.

How do I delete the files off the flash0? by the flash program itself or running Flash0 has USB mode.

The program doesn't have a option to delete the files off flash0
