I put it in my GAME folder, and when I went to my PSP and clicked on it, it said "This game cannot be started. The date is corrupted." How do I fix that?

The date is corrupted or the game is corrupted ?
Anyway delete it and install it again.

Nope, re-downloading didn't work. And oops, I meant "Data" not "Date".

Yup. I even tried downloading ident 0.3 and 0.2, but they didn't work either.

are you using Chicken R2 or any cfw? You can't use it in regular sony official firmware

If I need CFW to use it, then what's the point of it since I'm using it so I can see if I CAN install CFW?

you should use chickHEN then use the ident program (on psp so cant post link on how to)

The homebrew runs only in cfw.
Now you can use chickHEN to run this and you must be in 5.03.
