I remeber the old 1.0 firmware floating around. And I know someone has been trying to get 5.50 debug running, but I don't know if they put it up for download.

No they haven't put it for download yet.

You can't download them. They are only for people with the Testing Tool PSP. Even if you find someone who has it, it is most likely they won't share it unless you are very good friends or trust each other. They are under an NDQ therefore they are not allowed to post the firmware updates.

1.00 'debug' isn't debug firmware.
