You can edit gun.txt in the game folder to toggle some cool effects. Anyways, I guess you can use CWcheat. Your best luck is to post this question in CSpsp forums itself.

Genesis, I hope you realize that by asking for cheats for a game that has such a small community that you are basically admitting to the world that you are in fact a c***.

Not only does cheating ruin games, but in this case, there's no reason to cheat, just simply play more and get better.

In response to your question though, (in all seriousness) go ask some of the french clans, they are notorious for cheating in CSPSP and most likely will help you out.

He, no but seriously, to hack this game you need to have a blank MAC Address.

If you wanna do that you gotta downgrade your PSP and while it is downgrading, turn off the PSP (Remove Battery, and Wall Charger) This makes it so that the Downgrader can't write your updated MAC Address, so it becomes blank.
