I saw that you can download it for OFW 5.51 (which is what I'm stuck with until I get a Pandora Battery/they make 5.51 CFW) but I don't know exactly what it does. Will it let me download the game and play it without CFW? Or what?

HEN is not feasible in this case, however an eloader is in the works that, with the use of this exploit, will hopefully allow you to run homebrew. If you have a copy of MOHH then rejoice, for your salvation is nigh. lol. If you don't have one then you I would suggest getting or making a service mode battery and MMS. If your mobo can use these that is always the bast way to go. If you hard mod your battery you can always inject the Time Machine IPL and tell the PSP to boot from the NAND when no button is pressed. Its pretty simple and works great.
