Hey everyone i need help with my firmware.
Right now i have 5.00m33-6 and a few of the new games i want require me to upgrade to 5.50 so i'm thinking of upgrading to 5.50-Gen.
However my first question originally was can i have both firmwares at once which i read in another forum no and yes.
Mr_Shizzy said he used something called
Nand Manager ver .51

I tryed downloading it but the readme isn't in english and when i reading the post i read something that worried me

so first i just tried to Backup my Nand but as it was doing so it said "Bad black at page: 46144 block: 1442" now that worried me even more...
Can some make a step by step tutorial(images would help) of how to use it? cause i would really like to play my new games

why do u need both 5.50 GEN B and 5.00M33-6...just update to 5.50 GEN B to play the latest games... it is almost as good as M33.

There is a new patcher that patch the games and works in 5.00 m33/5.02 GEN/5.03 GEN/CFE 3.60 too

Now that the speed up option can be used with 5.50 GEN-B 2 it is just as good as m33 firmware.

Yea i just found out a few minutes ago.
But everyimte i try and patch my game it keeps giving me a error.
i'm trying to patch Pixel Junk Monster Deluxe Edition.Cso

I patched the games and i had in some of them problem in load and save.
Although i fixed the GT now.The problem with the GT was the save gamer deemer.
But not for the other games.

Umm i'm using the V4 Decryptor and i still get the same error which is:
Loading Eboot.bin
Cannot decrypt games eboot tag 0x92224640 unknow

then it just exits.
i'm using a
psp-1000 with 5.00m33-6
