the reason why i ask is i am making a game in C# using XNA called dream and i want to know if i can copy it to C++ with minor adjustments to suit syntax and use PSP SDK to compile it into a Eboot.pbp

if its not possible to release as PSP homebrew, i'll just release as win homebrew
