Before i post i wanna get the consent of PSPU Moderators so i need there approval first then ill post the Burnout Legends and Namco Battle. These files or for use with the Ethereal prog that sandhog was talking bout in a diffrent forum.

well, im not a mod, but i think i can answer your question. when you download a gameshare, you are not bound to accept ANY terms, making the file legal and distributable. My guess is go ahead.

You have to use the program ethereal to view the files. i didnt covert them to .zip because the version i have of ethereal is diffrent and it dosent have it. so good luck. this is basically for devlopment only

what we hope to do is, find an expliot so we can host the eboot.pbp on the computer and use the gamsharing feature to download and then launch.

Im currently at my cousins but when I get home Ill test all the stuff and the buffer overflow, finally 2.00 is getting hacked!!!

It don't matter too much coz im getting burnout tommorow, but might as well have a try.

I didn't make that call so I don't know for sure, but doing a search it looks as if that was a demo that was ripped from a commercially licensed game, which would put it in a different category from wirelessly transmitted demos which require no purchase in order to play.

This is just a raw dump from a packet sniffer (ethereal), since if you don't have a full wireless sniffing setup like i do ... you can just use Xlink Kai and run Ethereal (or tcpdump, or a billion others) on the windows/linux/mac you use that the psp connects to, as ALL packets are forwarded through that machine.

Your dumps aren't going to help anyone, especially if you don't document what is happening with each dump. (what was going on when you were capturing)

And, for you others .... this is fully legal. If you wanna get technical, the upload.dat is being sent over the air, but once it's in the air, it's free game. The files are encrypted anyways (demo's sent over the air)

It was actually helping my project, but lilbart made it public. However, he did not capture the full tranfer, just 1 PSP. It was our fault for not giving him good enough instructions.

Hey thanks alot for this dump dude, i was so close to launching the game on my 2.00, and i think all i needed was what other files needed to be on the MS, and hopefully this will tell me, and now with the buffer overflow find on 2.00. Should have it running.
