Just put it in your PSP's Root diectory (Ex. D:\). You don't need to put it into any folders, just the root directory of your PSP.

From what I can tell, it helps run homebrew through the buffer overflow exploit method.

If I understand correctly you never used a rar. You extract from the rar file. Use a prog like winrar.

You must use WinRAR to extract the contents of that file onto your PC.

WinRAR is a better WinZIP, you need to uncompress almost every file. No one will host a non compressed file, A) bigger B) you would have to host all files seperate.

OK stop bullying him, he should just install it or get his own PC. This is getting off topic. Look kid everything here is being posted in winrar so face it, installing winrar or no files. Better ID instal winrar, extract and unistall. Problem solved back on topic.

i agree if you cant unrar crap, the firmware dump will be no help to you. just a word of advice download the pong thing becuase flashing/dumping your psp is dangerous.... seriously just be careful or use the pong file instead

It extends the capacity of compressed archives. Windows supports .zip and perhaps cab(not shure) and wtf is wrong with a DS?

Just uninstall it when your done, she'll never know. Just don't forget the installer file you downloaded.
