Does anyone know if it would be possible to use the Umd emulator on a 1.50 to emulate the firmware that has been ripped on a 2.00 psp?

It's not possible on UMD Emulator because it doesn't fully direct all of the firmware (vsh/modules) so it won't work. It also doesn't currently work with MPHFL. a side note, the dump that has previously been made using the PSAR Dumper utility gives you an incomplete dump, I know because I've done it myself. Dump the 2.00 update that way and you will notice the files in the Flash1 folder are missing, there are folders but no files, it's the same if you used it on a 1.50 update. The only way to get those files was through dumping of the firmware. If you check any of the 2.00 firmware dumps, those files in the Flash1 folder are now there.
