Thumbs up First playable 2.00 TIF Pong

Here it is. Have fun
http://rapidshare.de/files/5573110/psp01.tif.html

PSPUpdates Mirror:

http://files.pspupdates.qj.net/cgi-b...,0,0,0,12,1404

EDIT:
Since so many ppl have problems starting this, here's a litle tutorial:
1.) download the file (psp01.tif)
2.) put it in the PHOTO folder (you just need this one file - no background - nothing else).
3.) start it by pressing X on US PSPs (O on JP PSPs) on the PHOTO icon. Don't press Start or slideshow (It will just freeze and shutdown).
4.) if you want to shutdown, you have to hold the power switch for ~10 seconds (you don't have to take the battery out).

I almost forgot to thank Jonny2002 for his "one file tiff exploit" and for his help to always get my tiff-files to run, thanks
and all the people wo helped in this thread

Very simple and basic homebrew, yes. Don't expect any emulators or anything like that anytime soon.

not quite, this has been possible for the last few days. currently, we're limited to create homebrew that is up to 64KB of size. soon, that limit should be broken.

so it is possible to play small homebrew application on that are small or 64 kb on 2.0. So can you do like a really small demo from somewhere to work on 2.0 . maybe like Mario or any other game if this is possible can someone create a better game smaller then 64kb.

Thats cool. Nice one.

I remeber hearing a long time ago (when 2.0 was released) that someone was playing homebrew through photos. Of course at that time it was fake, but I guess it turned out to be possible after all, lol.

Hold the power button down. Then keep holding it. No, DON'T let go. Keep holding it. That's it, a little longer. WOW IT TURNED OFF DIDN'T IT?

don't use the start button. use the O/X (for JP/US) button to go into the PHOTO folder.

Correct me If I'm wrong, but does this *.tiff file need the special custom background? or is it completely self contained (EG, you don't need the h.bin in root anymore?)

EDIT: Read a reply to a similar question on another board, so know I know.
And the answer is, completely self contained. One file exploit.
