Default Which Downgarde version is better? (MPH & SXT Related)

Which version of the downgarder (2.00 version changer) is best?

MPH's v0.9 first public beta, or SXT's (http://*******************/) Final v1.0?

Has anyone tested both versions, assuming they both work fine? Has anyone had any problems with their PSPs after the FW changer & downgrade either from using MPH's first public version, or SXT's final version?

I've only tested/used MPH's first public version, and I had no problems with my 1.50 as of yet. However, I never tried SXT's FW changer + downgrade. According to SXT's final version, it fixes many problems that MPH's version had, but I have yet to see this for myself.

So, that is why I am asking which one is a better use? MPH's official first public version, or SXT's Final version?

They both pretty much do the same thing. It's like comparing the Xbox hacked BIOSes, X2 4983 with X2 4981. There's not much difference considering both get the job done.

Oh okay. I just assumed since one was a more fixed version, that it would cause less damage to your PSP.

However SXT says that MPH's version might cause problems while SXT's version will not cause any problems.

I don't know what the big change is, other than a few bugs fixed, but still only changing the firmware version. Everything else is done with Sony's 1.50 update.

use mph, forget yoshi and his BS. MPH is proven working, while no one bothers with yoshi.

i am tried yoshi's and i personally am gonna use his "final" release, he gives a good example why on the SXT website, the index.dat could be missing or corrupted with MPH's and poof there goes ur psp, but MPH's works and i give him 95% of the credit for the downgrader, but the final version is more safer

But the SXT version is stolen from MPH, that's probably why it's better

Yea. So the SXT version is better, and have a less chance of crashing, even though the only downside is, that it's stolen?

The only good thing about MPH's version is that it was all made by him. Other than that if anything is missing, you're practically screwed your PSP.

So, if you don't want to worry, or do not care about who made what, who stole what, I assume the SXT version would be a better/safer use.

anyone who installs the downgrader without the index.dat in the first place is an idiot, and with a rar file or a zip, it has a crc check so it ensures that the files are not corrupt.

i used MPH and it worked on mine, the other one would not be any more stable, it would be the same as the other with all the references to MPH removed.

Well I realize they both do the same thing either way, but SXT's version states that there's less chance of it crashing/bricking your PSP with a few bug fixes.

Do/are they just saying those things, and trying to make us use their version, just for attention and credit?

That's sad. Really sad. Just as sad as giving up hope on them and losing all their respect because of their childish/stealing acts.

well i used the MPH downgrader on 2 psp's . same result.. all green no problems.. i did however very rarely encountered some anomilies such as the psp turning off at the home screen without me even touching it.. this happened twice after downgrading within a week's time. hasnt happened since then..
another thing is my WI-FI was not working whatsoever. i fiddled with the settings and turned off the wifi power save feature and what do you know, 100% functionality . well thats pretty much it. my homebrew runs excellent im not complaining at all . excellent work MPH . your my hero

as for anyone who is wondering about SXT . they are a bunch of haters. MPH released the downgrader, it all works excellent . i havent heard of any bricks that came out from his downgrader. unless the person downgrading was a complete retard. oh well

1.50 rocks my world

 MPH IS THE MAN
