I have a cellphone, and I want to put ringtones on it. It has an IR port, but I dont have the laptop I did it with the first time. I am wondering if there is a program for PSP that would let me do this, sending it to the root of the phone.

no there is not currently a program that can send files to mobile phones through infra red port atm.
