I've just been playing around with the new Moppi PSP Flower Demo, and found that you can play your own music on it if you want to, and the flowers will grow along to it.
To do this you must:
1) Take any MP3 file, and copy it to the /data folder in the "flower" folder in your psp/game directory.
2) Delete the WAV file that is currently in there.
3) Rename the MP3 file that you have just put in there with "sumo_lounge_-_one_note_cripple.wav" (without the quotes). It has to be that exact filename for it to work. Also, you must have windows set up to always display the file extension, otherwise you are going to have to change the extension of the MP3 to WAV manually somehow...
4) Load the app on the psp and you're away.
I notice that the framerate is slower with this change, not really sure why.
I also notice that the origional file was a LAME mp3. Maybe this could be something to do with the change in framerate. Also, possibly a lower bitrate MP3 might increase the framerate.
I'm not really sure why you have to change the MP3 file extension to WAV so far as how the program works...but there was a thought train behind trying it that i cant be botherd to explain! lol
Edit: P.S. oops, I just rememberd. You can't just use a WAV file and rename it. The origional file must me MP3!
