I have 4 different emlators... all of these work just fine, however under games, along with all of the emulator icons, I have a corrupted data icon to match it. I'm guessing it's because of the folder with the % sign that is necessary for it to run...but is there anything I can do to get rid of those icons but keep the emulators working? if so please help. thx :D
so basically.. the topic saying that this is a "emulator issue" is completely incorrect, cos what you really want is someone to repeat the whole trick by renaming the folders with the spaces and the 1's and stuff to make the corrupt icons dissapear.. completely disregarding that many programs wont run if the accompanying corrupt icon has been hidden..
Download the SeiPSPTool from this site. This will allow you to hide your corrupted icons without running the risk of your emu's not working. All you to is click corrupted icons, enter the name of the emu, and click rename. Then your corrupted icons will all be hidden. I've used this tool on every emu that I currently have (SNES_TYL, Dgenesis, NES, and NeoCD) and all of them run silky smooth.
I've tried the other method which involves counting out spaces and such, but I think SeiPSPTool is easier...
