Default Wab Version Changer Question?

Hello, I just installed Wab version changer 2.0 and all is well. I can play all my old school games plus the new Madden 2006 UMD . Have a couple of quick questions, hopefully someone will know the answer? I have version 2.0, and now theres a version 2.5, if I ever wanted to use the 2.5 version do I have to delete version 2.0 file or just install version 2.5 and leave the old one in?
Will it have a negitive effect either way? Thats it, any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

P.S. Sorry if its a dumb question, but I dont know and would like to be informed. Thanks

Its not a dumb question at all its better to ask than risk bricking your psp.
If you did want to update you frimware to 2.01 you would have to run the version changer and set it back to what the actual firware is before updating (just to be on the safe side). The only acount of near bricks that i know of have been due to people trying to install the firmware that there psp already had. eg. installing 1.50 on a 1.50.

WABchanger is a run once program... you can delete it off your memory card once you have run it... the only time you will need it again is if you need to set your PSP back to the original firmware version you had before you ran WABchanger the newer 2.5 WABchanger just fixed a few bugs in the program (it had a habbit of not being accurate)

WABchanger just fools your PSP into thinking it is running a higher firmware than it actually is, nothing more... you need to change your PSP back to its original state (using WABchanger) before you apply any Firmware updates (but you will loose the ability to play homebrew on firmware abve 1.50)

You should also revert back to your original firmware number before running any sort of program that alters or re-writes your firmware - including things like PSPSet... just to be on the safe side.

Okay, I just installed this program to play games that require 1.51+, but have some concerns. As long as I'm only using this and an SNES emulator I don't have to worry about any way of bricking my PSP? As long as thats all I'm doing is these two things I'm not changing firmware or anything? I just read some misleading things written by some people and it scared me. Thanks.

Yup, you should be just fine... don't listen to the ignorant sheep over at the official Sony PSP forums.
