Default 100GB storage for PSP well sort of

Ive just ordered a mem stick reader for my 100GB Archos AV400 so I can
transfer homebrew games to the mem stick.
The only problem with this will be the transfer rate Ive got a 2GB stick
but im not shure if the AV400 supports high speed mode.
Allthough a MS to harddrive USB adaptor would be nice it would mean having the
PSP connected to a wire all the time and constantly powering a 2.5 inch drive which uses a lot of power the AV400 only runs for about 4 hours when playing video. I want to store vids on the AV400 and watch them on the PSP because the screen is so much nicer.

Aha! I think I know what he means:
He's buying something that will write to a 2GB memory stick from his Archos AV400, so he can sort of store 100gb, but not really.
Then he goes off talking about costanty, which I think might be the name of his cat...or something.

yer I know it wasnt spelt right thats why I put (SP) after it.
Anyway an AV400 is this http://www.archos.com/download/pictu...cts/AV4100.jpg
Heres the mem stick reader http://www.archos.com/products/prw_500587.html
Im going to store software on the hard drive and use the card reader to transfer it into the memstick although this dose mean haveing to swap the MS between the two.
Archos also make an AV500 that has a USB host controler built in that can support usb mass storage devices Ive emailed them to find out if it would reconize a PSP. If it did it would save swaping the MS around. Everyone seems really excited about a MS to hard disk adaptor but the wire and haveing to power a large drive is going to be a pain at least this way its still portable because you only need to use the HD when you want to load something.

I really think people have started making nonsense posts with multiple accounts just so they can rack up points. I noticed one guy in a thread yesterday having a conversation amongst himself using 3 different names.

I've got the av700 100gig model but i assumed it already had usb hosting abilities and it can load off digital cameras and flash drives. As thats all the psp installs itself as why would you need to buy anything else to get ti to work can't you just use the usb cable that you use with your computer?

Indeed, Paper doesn't have wires...

Then again, so didn't that piece of "non-paper" you used. Paper.
