I got some interesting

ICON1.PMF
Graphic size: 144x80 pixels
Image format: Configured as IDR-Picture or P-Picture, encoded in AVC only
(Main profile level 2.1 (max. bit rate 4.8Mbps))
File size: Max. 500 kilobytes, including background music file

Files :
PMF Player V3 ( i dunno its fake or real )

don't forget the forum over on pspvide9.com here. Page 3 has a tutorial on how to play the PMF's on your computer using mplayer.

The pmf player is just a striped down game that had and intro movie. So your probably not aloud to link to it here.

The PMF format is a Sony propietary format and he files can not be created in a any legal way. All of those .pmf files will be from copyrighted games and should not be linked to on these forums.
