Ok i was woundering if anyone wanted to try this:
First you have to firmware 2.00 and GTA LCS
Then you have to use the 2.00 version changer to make your psp to look like a 1.5
Then try to start LCS using the umd swich method of taking a no update umd and run it then swich the umds at the white sceen.
Just woundering if it will run it doesn't really give us to much information but might help.
Post your results if you try.

I don't see what this will achieve other than running a game that will only work on 2.0, on a 2.0 firmware with 2 numbers altered...

it is just to check if there is any hope for running because if it didn't run than it shows that the problem might be somthing other than 1.5 not having the capability to decode some files. I don't know it pretty stupid just bored.
