This is a simple little trick that can get you some free space out of your memory stick. I'm pretty sure most of you have used your memory stick until it shows up as KB instead of MB on your PSP, well I have found a way to get a little more KB out of your memory stick.
Step 1: Connect PSP to Computer Step 2: Press Start then Search Step 3: Select "All files and folders" Step 4: Put *.db in "All or part of the file name" Step 5: Set "Look In" to your PSP's Drive Letter Step 6: Press "Search" Step 7: Remove all items that show up. There you go! Now you have a little more space on your Memory Stick. I went from 3426kb to 3680kb! I am not responsible for any damage caused to your PSP or Computer if you try this. Do this at YOUR own Risk!

Yall are very sad people, if you clicked this thread and were disappointed, it's your fault. Read the title, get a LITTLE more space out of your memory stick, the thread descrbes how to do, what it said it would do.
So get off the guy.. nice to know btw, thanks.

I mean sure it was an idea and he shared it.. But its something we could have all lived without. If he named it fit another ROM on your MS then maybe people wouldn't be as dissappointed but he said squeeze a little more memory out of your MS. I expected like maybe 2 MB or something at the least

What's sad are the people that don't have "view hidden files" and "show filename extensions" turned on in their Windows boxen. Better yet, they have all those special views turned on in the file explorer, which GENERATES those thumb.db files. That's why I don't trust programs in archives that have thumbs.db in them....that usually indicates the person who packed them all up doesn't know their a$$ from a hole in the ground.
THOSE are usually the ones that get hit with virii or turn into zombie PCs without them ever knowing it.

Some homebrew downloads include hidden files and the average user doesn't change their explorer prefs so I don't see anything wrong with this thread. Give guys like this some slack.
