Because the psps internet only supports javascript. Thats nothing close to what it takes to run an emulater or even the snake game(well actually maybe u could run snake,but i doubt it)

Yes, yes, yes, a Snake game wouldn't take long to make in JavaScript, and it's already been done numerous times. Just nobody ever bothered to optimize one for the PSP. Maybe I'll optimize one or make one from scratch one of these days. It's really not that hard.
