In the newest build, PSPR works much better with the 2.0 E-boot loader, by not requiring a specific folder name (number of characters)

Any progress on the release date cuz im getting kinda nervous

The holiday buying season snuck up on us before we could get the next version polished up. I havn't had a day off work in over 4 weeks now and last week alone I clocked in 75 hours at my real job. Retail in a small shop gets crazy over the holidays but it's finally almost over! :)

After x-mas we'll be able to get back to work on it, and I don't see it taking very long after that to have the next version ready.

hello all,
i am in a pickle.
I have two songs i wish to use on this game. i downloaded the sm files. I edited the .sm sile accordingly, as well as the pngs. however, when i select the folder in whish this song is stored the game freezes and my system crashes
any ideas on how to fix this?

I don't like .SM files. They are really big and it causes PSPrev to crash. AND you can't fix .SM files the same way you fix .DWI. You can delete stuff but the .SM file is just so big for no reason.

RTFT - you havent done somethig correct and i suspect the fault lies in the fact that the images you made havent be made to the correct specification.
Theres nowt rong with .sm's all mine are working ! :humped:

I know what I'm doing. I know alot of .SM that work. It's just that some of them are really big. Especially if its a keyboard made sim. If the .SM file or .DWI file is too big PSPREV crashes on song load. I tested this a billion times and pinpointed that problem. I know how to fix the images and stuff. Most of songs in the song packs that I made wouldn't work without certain tweaking.

PSP Revolution isn't an emulator-- it's a simulator. Also, how ever would you replicate even the home version of PIU's controller scheme on a PSP?

does it run on 333? cauz when i open the 2.0 eboot loader menu it says 222 and after playing psprevolution i went back to 2.0 eboot loader menu and see 333 on the menu
