Who wants to slow or speed the song?

The Boost and speed muliplier is for timing purposes on the arrows, meaning the arrows are still in sync with the music but they are spaced out and sped up more.

I normally set them faster since my timing is faster then when its set to normal speed.

Speeding up the song can give a good challenge :)
CMods are whats needed, speed up the arrows to keep the song speed constant, but the arrows are further appart so they can be seen properly rather than one large clusterf*ck of arrows.

cmods shouldnt be a problem only speed changes atm

If anyone can offer assistance that would be great! I followed the guide at playstation.com but it didn't help me much.

I've got a 2.6 psp with the bach eloader installed. When I try to start PSPRevol the screen goes black and then it goes back to the eloader screen.

In the pspr.rar file I went to 1.5 then copied PSPR without the % to my desktop while renaming it PSPRevol. I then copied that to PSP\GAME\.

Nope, its always worked with eloader.

the folder has to be named psprevol

if that helps any.

yes, it has to be psprevol lowercase.

well it came to it... DeNitro has me coding so things will get done soon. BTW tons of fixes that should have been out ages ago. I'll have DeNitro put out a list of all the fixes and improvements made.

For some reason when I am browsing the list of songs I have the PSP freezes, any idea why that is?

the main reason that was happening was because there was an unknown variable in the step file, so when you would scroll over it the game locks up not knowing what to do. I think we got them all so it wont do that any more.

Did you guys fix the bug where "stream" arrows would kinda just stay on the screen looking blurred or so? That or the 1st arrow of the stream doesnt show up?

If you need a good example, get "System of a Down - Chop Suey" that should explain it.

yeah thats fixed, there is so much that has been fixed since the version we released for you guys. We will have a list of most everything changed since the last version.

This is indeed good news. I cant wait for the release, thanks for not leaving this project in the dust, its a fantastic game/port and i'm really looking forward to seeing what you have added to it.
Definatly need a new thred for the new release though, this one is bombed.

You can get more songs for this if you like easily but until they work out how to get it to read the Gap lines in the .DWI and .SM files correctly the songs will be out of sync with the arrows in general from what i can see, i REALLY hope you guys fix that in the next release its the only thing stopping this from being flawless if your going for a basic emulator

Oh and if you want a stepfile artist to make songs exclusive for new release give me a shout via PM , im quite well known in the british stepfile scene ;)

I wouldnt mind talking to you about it... I know I wanna make stepfiles too.. but its hard. =/ I have BPM tools etc, just still..

DeNitro and Devin923 have graciously invited me to participate in this endeavor, and so I intend to help out as I can. Thanks need to go out to DeNitro and Devin923 for helping to convince me to buy a PSP. Everyone, rest assured that progress is still moving forward. I have seen this progress with my own eyes. :)
