Why isn't there a stream video from PC over WIFI app?
Just curious, don't know if this application has been addressed before.
Seems like PSP is a great tool for streaming things from your PC via WIFI. Imagine, being able to play all those videos & music files you have on your PC from wherever you are in your house with your PSP. Why isn't there an app that lets you do this using standard network shares?
Is the Wifi standard supported by the PSP really THAT slow? Is it possible developers have just not tried doing this? I can say, my XBox gets most of its use since XBMC (Xbox media center http://www.xboxmediacenter.com/) became stable.
Maybe it is the same question, why doesn't TedZero browser support standard network shares instead of requiring it's own server application running on the PC. Wouldn't it be easier / simpler to just support standard network shares instead of writing a custom server for 1 semi-popular app?
