Done a serch but keep getting topics from the xbox and ps2 forums aswell!
Can anyone tell me the rough size of a 1hr30min film once you have encoded it to mp4? Is there a setting on pspvideo9 which lets you loose a bit of the quality and reduce the file size? just only got a 1 gig stick and its pretty full just now so hoping I can encode various 22min episodes to near 50mb and films to near 150-200mb. I dont mind the quality suffering as long as the film is still watchable ( 7-8/10 on quality is good enough)
Also can i put files that are already encoded into mp4 into pspvideo9 and redo them to a lesser quality and smaller size?
can u let me know how small you've encoded your mp4 files and the quality of them please!
About 340mb for effing good movies. Put it at 768 or something.
And no PSPV9 won't let you.
what about using realplayer? 22mins eps on that are only around 36mb.
So I can encode a film to less than 300mb then? or can i get it to less?
cheers for the quick response!
Episodes are like 50mb at 512kbps.
and yes a movie can be less than 100mb, but it's butt ugly.
trial and error then with the quality i guess! thanks for the info.
You in the huff or sumthing with those cryptic replies? :-)
Too much work typing everything out, I'm on my PSP right now.
