Nope. Nothing at all that can't be run from a UMD or in the browser (portals and javascript stuff).
And no, you can't downgrade either.

should i update to 2.50 or stick with 2.01?

stick with 2.01 always stay as low as possible (read my signature)

you never know when a downgrade will be created and for what firmware. If you upgrade you may miss out but if its created for a higher system you can upgrade and get those advantages

Well there is the CheatDevice, but you would need GTA to use it... That's all the appz I know of... Maybe if Edison made a loader like Fanjita has done, then you could use more homebrew...
