MPH Firmware launcher Application.

Version : 1.3.7u4

Author : MPH

Patch by: miemt11

u4 version: (Only tested on FW 2.00)

1: L + SELECT to load the real/hardware original Sony UMD (Old way)
2: R + SELECT to load the real/hardware original Sony UMD (New way but unstable)
3: New method of loading the Sony UMD
4: No more L + R + SELECT boot methods
5: Internet browser should be more stable when entering web address (lesser hang does not mean no)
6: reduce eboot by 4KB ;( and some minor fix...

Note: Real Author is MPH and all credit will go to him

huh? You've compiled a new update to it? or is this an old post that was posted on the front?

and does this work on firware 2.5?

this works on 1.0 and 1.5 . it emulates 2.5 or 2.0 on either 1.0 or 1.5 firmware. i tried it out, and haveto say i haven't encoutered a crash thus far. GOODWORK. however, maybe it's just my hdd, but AVCplayback is skippy. i know it has to load up the firmware, and there probably isn't a way to fix that. i'll just have to settle for a lower bit rate or MP4, sigh

Hope that my upcoming u5 version fix this too
