Default Moving folders in memory stick with homebrew app?

Is there a homebrew app that'll let me move folders inside my memory stick?

Fileassistant let's you rename/delete folders, but not move them. And PSP-OSS let's you copy/delete/rename files, but not folders. I was thinking of copying then deleting... but it won't work for folders...

Is there an app/other way to move folders around without a PC?

Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I'm supposed to "Mark" the folder right? Like highlighting it... and then I press the button for the options... and... uh... **** I can't remember at the moment.. and my PSP isn't on me...

Can you give specific instructions? Maybe I'm just being stupid. :P

Yup, now I'm sure. Fileassistant++ can only delete/rename folders...

Is there any way to do it at all? =/

Macca-Hacker is correct. FileAssistant++ DOES allow the copying of folders from one directory to another...I just used it to copy my "Flash1" directory to my MS (for the firmware launcher).

1. "Mark" (with the [] button) the folders that you want to copy in one of the screens.

2. Switch over to the other screen using the D-pad.

3. Navigate to the directory that you want to copy them to.

4. Switch over to the original directory.

5. Push "X" and choose "Copy".

Hope this helps .

P.S. You can find FileAssistant++ here.

FileAssistant++ 0.9 allows you to move a folder. The only problem is that it copies all the files over at once, then deletes the old ones, rather than copying then deleting one-at-a-time. As a result, you must have free space on your MS equal to the total size of the files you want to move all at once.

Thanks a million! I didn't know FileAssistant++ had a second screen. lol

I guess I just didn't notice that second screen in the back... now moving the folder is an option. 4 out of 5 times, it'll move the folder, but it won't delete the last one, so it copies the folder instead of moving it. But that's no big deal. Thanks for the great info.

@FreePlay
That's good info to know, thanks.

Thanks again everyone. =)
