Default Just wondering...

With all the file managers that we have i haven't seen one that could copy files from one mem stick to another without changing psp's. Why is it that we can't do the same type of thing like fakeupdater? Load the file into ram and then switch the mem stick. And for larger files just make it in parts. Seems doable but i don't know how to code in C
