What about something like pogoshell on PSP. Pogoshell is an windows like operatin System for the GBA. The great ability of pogoshell is the support of plugins for different filetypes... so someone can make a pdf plugin for viewing pdf files, or a jpg plugin, or an gba emulator etc etc

you can make a .gba file with it but it doesn't load for me in VBAPSP, it freezes!!

Seems like GBA is a real hard thing to emulate well. My guess would for some type of OS would be:

Windows CE (i think thats the portable windows) or
Linux

Other than a few thinks we don't have yet pspos is pretty cool with me i suppose. Easy and quick interface.

Windows CE will never appear on PSP (99% sure on this, unless Sony has something very weird up their sleave)

Linux is being worked on, but it is a slow process, so don't expect results anytime soon (It's still got months for development)

I was gonna make a post on pogoshell when the gba emu first come out
but it would not load i think a psp pogoshell version would be great! :clap:

Pogoshell doesn't work well in VBA anyway, it's no wonder it doesn't work on the PSP. And it is completely unnecessary, since pogoshell is used for savegame management and loading different roms stored within the compiled pogoshell .gba rom. The emulator will support all that when it gets the features.

Now, I know you meant that you hope someone creates a pogoshell-like program for the psp. We'll get something better, and most of the things pogoshell does can already be done.
