just follow the isntructions, if you DID so, it will work. someone else who follow the same directions sending you the fioles wont help if you DID follow directions, so why not just do it right yourself? It isnt hard.

NEOCD.bin = bios
neocd.zip= the contents of your ng CD game

the rest of the files come with the emu.

it's that easy, make one zip file and copy one *.bin, you HAVE to be able to do that, give it a shot.

Just an FYI: NGCD means Neo Geo CD, NGC means Gamecube.

I'll walk you through the whole thing. I'm not sure how much you've done/know how to do already, so I'll take it from the top and you can join in whereever you think you messed up, or even start again from scratch. I'm sure you've done much of this already, so this can be a mini-tutorial as well for others who might be lost.

1. Download the NeoCD eBoot from PSPHacker's download section.

2. Unzip it with a program such as Winzip or Winrar. (for some reason, the one I downloaded had a .bin extension; if this happens just right click on it, go to "open with" and select winzip/winrar/your zip prog of choice).

3. Unzip the folder "NEOCD" to your desktop.

4. If you have a 1.0 (JPN) PSP, skip to step #7. If you have a 1.5 (USA) PSP, then you will need the KXploit tool, which can also be downloaded from PSPHacker's download section.

5. Install KXploit. It will require a restart.

6. Start up KXploit. Fill in "NEOCD" for the name field, then it will ask you where the eBoot is. It should be in the NEOCD folder on your desktop. Then, just specify which drive letter your PSP is on in the dropdown box. If you don't know, open up "My Computer" and see which drive the Memory Stick is shown on when you have your PSP connected & in USB mode. Click "Generate Files."

7. If you have 1.5, there will be two folders in your PSP/Game folder on your Memory Stick: NEOCD, and NEOCD%. Open the NEOCD folder. Drag in the other 2 files from the NEOCD folder on your desktop (loading.bmp and startup.bin). If you have a 1.0 PSP, simply drag the entire NEOCD folder from your desktop to the PSP/Game folder.

8. Now, to get a game on there: NeoCD games will come packaged as CD Images. You can obtain these online, or rip them from the original discs if you have them with a program like CDRWIN. The ISO can be unpacked with a tool such as ISOBuster (google for more on ISO unpacking if you're unclear on how to do this). This should leave you with a bunch of files and a set of MP3's. Delete the MP3's, since the emu doesn't support sound yet--they will just take up space. Then zip up the remaining files into a zip called "NEOCD.zip." Find the NeoCD bios online (google.com)--it should be exactly 512kb in size, and must be renamed to NEOCD if it isn't already. Stick both of these into the NEOCD folder on your memory stick.

9. Enjoy! :d

Sorry for the long post, if you've followed these directions exactly and it STILL won't work, check your bios and ISO's (check bios size, test other ISO's--certain games may not work!). If all else fails, ask again in this thread.

Uh...yeah, hopefully this answered your question and more :3
