hey, i was wondering, the menu is hard for me to access. sometimes, if i get a game going, i just hit R + L at the same time, and it works, but other times, if i hit those, the game just freezes. whats going on?
That is a known problem and I'm working on fixing it.
ive also got a problem. when playing pokemon gold it asks you to set the time when you start a new game and later on the time never changes. am i the only one to get this?
i think that zip support is the main thing needed for the RIN, couse all the gbc roms are soo big and zipped they are 30-50% of the original size
pokemon gold and silver are the same
yeh i do with crystal its a bit annoyin but i can cope. *tip= set the time in the day otherwise u will spend the game in the dark!

there's supposed to be a cheat where on the main menu you press down and b and something and you can change the time. i havent tried it yet though
The "L+R" menu really only works if you keep reloading and reloading the PSP over and over again. Sort of like when the SNES Emulator doesn't work.
This might come in handy for Pokémon Gold and Silver... tho you have to get a new code every time because it depends on the money... y'know if I wasn't so new to PSP programming, I'd make a program for that... >_>
Tetz, what does the password mean? I mean, where do you put it in, or something...?
Oh yeah... sorry... ehmm... press Down + Select + B at the title screen I think.

Just so everyone knows. A new version will be released tomorrow. I won't tell the new features, but I guess you should be able to figure it out :D (no sound btw)
homer is there any chance of a working cheat device for this or a multiplayer support feature. i would love to get some pokemon i dont have. thanks

so homer since youve been working on this for a while now have you figured out some line of code that is allowing this rin to work and others not to because that could help other emulaters in the long run
Well.. Multiplayer would be very hard since you can't use a GB/GBC cable to transfer them. It may however be implemented when we get IR on 2.01+.
slicer4ever, not really... I guess it has to do with some commands that aren't fully working that the other emu's use.
i tried using a rom cheat device but it wont work becuase the gbc needs both game and gameshark plugged in together is there any way u know of to surpass this
