I can't get 3.2 working. I have a 2.6 PSP with Brown Ale running on the American release of GTA. When the eloader scans for games, it stops scanning, now text is shown (just shows the background), it freezes up, and then it shuts off. I have reinstalled both the eLoader and RIN and it still happens. Am I alone?

Do you have the updated config file?
also try deleting the config file and the eboot file and replace them

quick question, if im using 1.5 which would be better in terms of speed/functionality, rin 1.32 or homers rin 3.2?

ok i got homers rin on my psp via kxploit, and for some reason the sound is not working. its version 3.2 and in the menu i made sure that the sound is on, but it still doesnt work, any ideas?

Hmm for some reason when I first load homers rin, it acts as if I'm continually pressing up while I load a rom. I can still get to where I need to with some down button mashing, and there are no problems after loading a rom and choosing Back to Rom list. Does anybody know how to fix it?

The exit feature makes up for this fact and I'll probably still use this one regardless, but it's still pretty annoying.

That's some strange behaviour of the PSP actually. Ever got that you start to walk around in GTA even though you aren't pressing anything? Sony had that problem with PS1 too, maybe also PS2.

i found that Homers RIN rom browser delete function is a good way to delete any file on your psp because it lists all filetypes and not just roms... thanx homer

It happens to me too (hence me knowing it). Don't know how to fix it though...

Never happened to me, but I gave it a shot, and just left the PSP there just to check if there is any movement, but there isn't. I also had a PS1 and PS2 and never noticed any of that as well.

no never happend to me, also tested it out by leaving psp there and it was fine...strange problem though, might be a stuck button up button ?

i had something like that in ps2 ;]
you just need to tilt the analogs around and its ok,
its a problem of calibration

Ok ive tried everything and i can't get cheats to load for one game in particular dragon warrior monsters, everything i try is to no success. I used a previous file and changed the codes-doesn't work, tried making my own from scratch-doesn't work, tried useing the program on homers site-doesn't work. Now i know im doing it right because i have cheats on pokemon gold working, so why will it not let me load the cheat file for this game, it says nothing, i click load cheat file and it goes back to the main emu screen but with select cheats still not highlighted, any ideas??

Yes, version 3.2 has some problems with cheats. That should be fixed in the next version though.

Homer: will the config bug be fixed in 3.3? problem with saving rom settings so u don't have to reconfig everytime rin loads?

any help? im on a 1.5 psp and used kxlpoit on the eboot, but for some reason the sound doesnt want to work for it. i already made sure it was on in the menu and all that, any ideas?

Turn the psp while in the game, then turn it back on. The sound should come back. I had the same problem when I was at 1.50.

turn it totally off or in sleep mode? also, does that need to be done every time?
